Product information accuracy
We aim to keep product descriptions, sizes, pack quantities and images accurate. Natural leaf products vary slightly in colour, grain and shape. Images may be indicative.
Pricing confirmation
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Any GST and delivery charges are confirmed as part of your quote. Prices displayed are subject to confirmation and may change before an order is finalised.
Order enquiry process
Submitting the checkout form creates an order enquiry, not a completed sale or payment. We will review your enquiry and contact you to confirm availability, pricing, GST and delivery before any payment is arranged.
Bulk order confirmation
Bulk and catering quantities are quoted individually. Lead times, pricing and freight for bulk orders are confirmed in writing before dispatch.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
